We are looking for a seasonal studio/admin assistant. This is a starter position that has the potential to grow into a permanent spot on our team.
We Are:
- A faith-based, interdisciplinary creative agency working at the intersections of art, faith, and social healing.
- A small team that wants to work with someone who can bring both a great work ethic and a fantastic personality. We prioritize our team dynamic, so good energy is a must.
You Are:
- Either an artist or interested in the arts.
- Eager to join a company dedicated to social healing (we emphasize healing, which includes, but is not limited to social justice.)
- Quick on your feet and able to handle a wide variety of tasks skillfully and efficiently.
- Great at admin!
The Position:
- Work directly with our company founder and assist with admin tasks. This may include:
- Coordinating meeting schedules
- Assisting with travel plans
- Responding to/filtering emails
- Etc.
- Work with our artists and assist with studio tasks. This may include:
- Shipping and receiving shipped artworks
- Assisting with exhibition preparation
- Participating in the creation of certain works
- Participating in workshops
- Etc.
- This is currently an "on-call" position and you will be asked to pitch in as needed.
- The position does not guarantee a set number of hours a week. However, once we have an idea of how you fit with the team, the possibility for set hours and a permanent position may be available.
